The Mission

Our mission is to become the unprecedented global brand leader in the online education and security category for parents, children, and educators. We will provide our subscribers powerful, positive, interactive tools that help children learn and grow.

The Children's Internet® offers an unprecedented set of features and flexibility for parents who want their children to experience the benefits of the Internet without encountering its hazards. No other company in this category has established significant market leadership to date. The children's market is large and growing. The number of children on the Internet has grown rapidly and will continue to do so into the foreseeable future.

The Business

Selling and marketing are core competencies at The Children's Internet, Inc.. We will focus our sales and marketing programs on two distinct areas where we plan to produce revenue:
  1. Consumer Sales - selling monthly subscriptions of The Children's Internet® service directly to consumers; and
  2. Wholesale Distribution - selling The Children's Internet® to independent distributors, resellers, and ISPs who will sell it as a value-added service to their current customer base.
We will market The Children's Internet® to the ISPs' users as a base as well as seek new users. Our sales effort with ISPs encompasses the utilization of third-party sales organizations.

The Children's Internet will focus on establishing long term, value-driven relationships with:

  • Parents and Kids
  • The School Market: School Administrators and Teachers
  • Major ISP's such as Comcast, Yahoo, AOL, etc.
  • Non-profit organizations such as religious groups, United Way's Big Brother group and Girl Scouts, etc.
  • ISP customers interested in protecting their families.
The company has a licensing agreement with Two Dog Net, Inc. to market and sell The Children's Internet® service worldwide. The Children's Internet, Inc. was incorporated as D.W.C. Installations, Inc. in 1996 and changed its name to The Children's Internet, Inc. in 2002. The Children's Internet, Inc. is a subsidiary of Shadrack Films, Inc.
